D’AUCY GROUP’S VEGETABLE BRANCH RECRUITS ITS FUTURE PRODUCTION MANAGERS

To support its development, the d'aucy LONG LIFE branch will open an in-house training school next fall to train its future production managers. New graduates wishing to learn in a professional environment or employees who want to grow within the branch can, from now on, apply for this training program. After a 6-month work season in a d’aucy Group canning plant, d'aucy’s training school supports its students in their future management assignments.

Professional training with a permanent position

First, the selected candidates will join a production team on a fixed-term contract starting in April, in order to learn about the job during the 2018 campaign. They will then join the training program in October, after being hired on a permanent basis. Accompanied by a tutor, each student will be placed and trained within the different companies of the branch in France, where they will learn about the canning business (production, canning techniques, quality, management, supply chain, etc.), through both theory and practice, thanks to a field approach.

At the end of the 12-month training program, each student will be ready to move into an operational position, as a Local Team Leader or Production Manager in one of the branch’s companies.

How to apply

If you are interested in the project, send your application by clicking here. The branch's Human Resources Department will study your application and if your profile matches the profile they are seeking, you will be invited to participate in the Job Dating session scheduled on Wednesday, 21 March at the d'aucy Group headquarters in Theix.
