2017 Sirha show

The d'aucy Group exhibited at Sirha with Aubret, Cobral, Cocotine and d'aucy. This show was an international hospitality and catering event held from 21 to 25 January 2017 in Lyon, France. Sirha is held every two years in Lyon and is the go-to show for the catering, hospitality and food service industries.

At each stand you could discover the Group’s latest innovations for the manufacturing and food service industries.
At the Aubret stand, you could learn about the various product ranges (raw and cooked charcuterie cooking aids, cooked charcuterie and cooked spare ribs) and taste minced and grated ham, the latest innovations concocted by our head chef.
At Cobral, the specialist in snack and delicatessen products, the focus was on fast food. At this stand, you could discover speciality dishes that only take a minute to reheat and try them for yourself, thanks to a partnership with a famous microwave brand.
D’aucy FoodService made the most of the show to promote the latest d’aucy brand innovations and Cocotine products. A specialist in fresh and frozen egg products, Cocotine always generates a buzz with its fresh and extra fresh product ranges. Producers were at the stand to chat to stockists and share their pride in being a cooperative.
